Budget Friendly Alternative to Custom Booths

Modular trade show booths are cost effective and are a great alternative to a custom exhibition stand if you are tight on a budget. They are much more professional in appearance than the standard shell scheme packages you would typically get through the event organiser. Depending on the size of your booth, the costs are minimal when you see the overall difference it makes as joint lines are hidden. You have the opportunity to maximise your branding colours and cover as much real estate as possible for maximum impact.

Exhibit on The Go – No Tools or Builders Required

Our modular trade show booths require no tools for installation or dismantling, you match the corresponding numbers and click the aluminium tubes into place, then pull the fabric print over the frames like a sock – zip to finish, and you are good to go. Our product is also lightweight, so you have the flexibility to move things around as much as you like until you are content. Since all components pack down into a carry bag, this means you can easily transport the bags yourselves rather than hiring a large truck to handle them, and this saves your valuable time so you can spend it on more important things like winning your clients over.

Swap Components to fit any Exhibition Space

Modular components are not integrated, which means you are free to swap components around – add or remove to suit any exhibition space. Custom booths require new components to be made to fit different booth spaces, costing you more and requiring more lead time to get things ready. Therefore, if you are looking to exhibit frequently and would like to save on costs, consider getting a modular trade show booth.

1. Initial Consultation

2. Preliminary Design

Based on our initial consultation, we will propose some preliminary designs that target your goals to get your comments.

3. Design Comments

We will take your comments and revise our design accordingly to suit. We will do our best to match your expectations.

4. Final Proposal

We will wrap our final proposal in a presentation along with the project costs for your approval. Adjustments can be made for finalisation.

5. Agreement

Once the design and quotation is approved, we will request down payment before we proceed further with the project.

6. Commence Works

The fabrication process starts and we start arranging everything to ensure your booth is completed on time.
