Our Story
Our story began around 15 years ago when the yet-to-become founder, Rick Newman, took his first job as an exhibition installer and fell in love with the industry. His journey started on the exhibition floor. After years of gaining experience and learning how the industry works and what clients need, he established a professional exhibition building crew. UCON finally took shape as a Full in-house Design&Build company in 2016. Since then, the main focus has been on improving the internal processes and creating the best team in the industry.

How We Approach Our Works
UCON Exhibition provides solutions that are customised to your specific specifications, needs, and brand. This necessitates a novel method.
Discovery
Your specialised UCON Project Manager spends time listening to you and learning about your company, industry, and marketing goals. We begin by asking the appropriate questions. After that, we'll start working on a solution to bring your ideas to life.
1st Phase
Conceptual Design
This brief will detail all your requirements so our team can tailor an exhibit solution to fit your particular design and functional objectives. The UCON design team gathers your resources and starts visual and structural design. You can modify the artwork and/or architectural CAD rendered concepts before finishing and approving the final designs.
2nd Phase
Engineering
Our UCON Production teams collaborate to engineer your display stand. All materials and finishes will need to be approved before the actual fabrication commences to ensure all technical and aesthetical requirements are appropriately met.
3rd Phase
Production
When it comes to quality, UCON takes no shortcuts. Quality control is essential for a superior product. Our solutions are pre-built and photographed before they are delivered to you, assuring the highest possible standard when handed over to you.
4th Phase
Execution
The booth gets delivered to the venue and built by our builders. Between events, we ship, store, manage and reconfigure your stand if required or can organise the disposal if it is a one-off build project.
